"Not as personalized as they claimed"
I signed up expecting something that was actually tailored to me, because that’s how they made it sound. But once I got into it, it really didn’t feel personal at all. They barely asked about my habits, my routine, or what I was struggling with, and the advice I got was basically the same generic stuff you can find online for free. It felt like they promised a custom plan and then handed me a one-size-fits-all version. Disappointing and definitely not worth it for me.

"Support took quite a while to get back to me"
I’m just sharing this from my own experience, but I had an issue and reached out to lvluphealth.com support. I expected to hear back fairly soon, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer than I thought it would.
When I checked in again, the response I got was still kind of vague. It felt like I was having to follow up a few times just to get what seemed like basic help.
Maybe they were backed up or having a busy week, but the service side was disappointing for me. Based on this experience, I’d say it’s around a 1-star situation unless they improve their response time and communication.

I don’t know, the site just gave me sketchy vibes. There wasn’t much clear info to go on, which is always super reassuring, obviously. I didn’t feel comfortable entering my personal details, so I backed out instead of hoping for the best.

I went in hoping to get some clear answers, but the provider seemed unsure even with basic questions. At first I thought maybe they were just taking their time, but i left feeling more confused than when I arrived. Not exactly what you want when you're paying for help. So yeah, definitely not booking again.

The service itself was fine from what I remember, but the thing that stuck with me was how unclear the billing felt. I don’t really recall seeing a simple breakdown of what I’d be charged after signing up, and I had to click around way more than I expected just to find basic info. Maybe it was there somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me

"Feels inconsistent from order to order"
I really wanted to like this, but it’s been kind of hit or miss for me. The first order seemed fine, then the next one tasted different and didn’t mix the same at all. Maybe it was just a batch issue, but it leaves me feeling stuck because I want to keep using it, yet I’m never sure what I’m going to get. Shipping was okay, I just wish the product was more consistent

I really wanted this to work, but it just wasn’t for me. After taking it, I started getting headaches and feeling nauseous, and by the second day I decided to stop. Everyone’s body reacts differently, but I felt disappointed and frustrated because I had been hopeful it would help.

I used it for a few weeks and honestlyyy didn’t really notice any big change. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the results were weak. Shipping was totally fine and the website was easy enough to use, but the product itself just didn’t do what I was hoping it would. Kinda disappointing, especially for the price

Am I the only one who thought Lvlup Health was kind of overpriced? I gave it a try, but i didn’t feel like I got enough value for what I paid. Nothing really wowed me, and I was expecting a bit more for the money. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the price came down a lot.

Placing my order was way more of a hassle than I expected. I was just trying to get it done while drinking my coffee, and it felt like every step took forever or made me redo something. By the time I finally got the order through, I was already annoyed

I ordered from lvluphealth.com and ended up needing a refund, i thought it would be straightforward. Spoiler: it was not. I had to reach out more than once, the replies took longer than I expected, and half the time I felt like I wasn’t getting a clear answer.
At first I was trying to be patient, then suddenly I was just annoyed because why am I chasing my own money? It did eventually get dealt with, but the whole thing left a bad taste. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I wouldn’t order from them again

"Not awful, but I was confused and disappointed"
I really wanted to like lvluphealth.com, the site itself wasn’t hard to use or anything. That part was straightforward, so I thought things were going to go smoothly.
But then the results or updates seemed to take longer than I expected, and I kept feeling like I had to check in to figure out what was going on. Support did answer me, which I appreciated, but the replies didn’t really clear much up, so I was still kind of confused.
Maybe I missed something or maybe it just works better for other people, but my experience was underwhelming. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to use it again.
